These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the Bravo Silver Line Consulting LLC text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program name

2. Program description
Bravo Silver Line Consulting LLC operates a transactional SMS messaging program for clients and prospects of its financial services practice. Messages include consultation reminders, scheduling confirmations, document and signature requests, and account or service-related notifications tied to your engagement with us. This program is not used to send promotional or marketing content, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not provided express written consent.
3. How to opt in
You may opt in by (a) checking the SMS consent box on any form on our website, including the SMS Consent page, the consultation pop-up, or the contact form; or (b) signing a written engagement agreement that includes SMS consent language. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to approximately 4 messages per month on average; transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations) may be sent as needed.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Bravo Silver Line Consulting LLC does not charge a fee to send or receive SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may. Check your carrier plan for details.
6. HELP — getting assistance
Reply HELP to any message to receive help information, or contact us at support@silverlineconsulting.com or (555) 010-2200.
7. STOP — opting out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.
8. Sample messages
You may receive messages such as:
- "Bravo Silver Line Consulting: Reminder — your consultation with your advisor is tomorrow at 2:00 PM ET. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
- "Bravo Silver Line Consulting: Thanks for your inquiry. A senior advisor will follow up within one business day. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Bravo Silver Line Consulting: We've received your documents. Please review and e-sign at the secure link we emailed you. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
9. Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to consent on behalf of, the mobile number provided. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
11. Privacy
No mobile information — including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
12. Changes to the program
We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
